Voyafello — Kullanım Koşulları
1. Kabul ve uygunluk
Voyafello'yu kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 18 yaşında olman gerekir. Hesabını başkasına devredemez, başkası adına hesap açamazsın.
2. Hesabın
- Giriş Google veya Apple hesabınla yapılır.
- Görünen adın bir kez belirlenir ve sonra değiştirilemez — bu bilinçli bir güven tasarımıdır.
- Verdiğin bilgilerin doğru olmasından sen sorumlusun. Sahte profil hesabın kapatılmasına yol açar.
3. Topluluk kuralları
Şunlar yasaktır:
- Taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik
- Ticari faaliyet: acente ilanı, tur satışı, fiyat listesi, rezervasyon aracılığı. Voyafello arkadaş bulma platformudur, pazar yeri değil.
- Spam, sahte hesap, aynı ilanı sürekli yeniden yayınlama
- Başkasının fotoğrafını veya kimliğini kullanma
- Yasa dışı her tür faaliyet
4. Geziler
- Bir gezi açtığında organizatör olursun: kimin katılacağına sen karar verirsin.
- Gezi "kesinleşti" olarak işaretlendikten sonra ayrılmak daha ağır sonuçlar doğurur.
- Kalkışa yakın ayrılmalar (Yer Değiştirme Penceresi) daha ağır değerlendirilir; grubun yerini dolduracak zamanı kalmaz.
- Organizatör ayrılmak isterse rol gruptaki diğer üyelere teklif edilir; kimse kabul etmezse gezi iptal olur.
- Gezi sonrası katılım oylaması demokratiktir: organizatör tek başına karar vermez, tüm üyeler oy verir.
5. Güven puanı
Davranışın bir güven seviyesi üretir: sözünde durmak seviyeni yükseltir, son anda ayrılmak ve gelmemek düşürür. Güven puanı satın alınamaz ve Premium üyelik onu etkilemez. Ham puanı ne sen ne başkası görür — yalnızca bir rozet gösterilir.
6. Premium ve satın almalar
- Satın almalar App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; ödeme koşulları o mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
- Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. İptal, mağaza hesabının ayarlarından yapılır.
- İade talepleri mağazaya yapılır (Apple/Google), bize değil.
- Vitrin kredileri tüketilebilir dijital üründür; nakit karşılığı yoktur, geri ödenmez ve devredilemez.
- Premium bir kolaylık katmanıdır: güvenlik özellikleri (SOS, şikayet, canlı konum, engelleme) her zaman ücretsizdir.
7. İçeriğin
Yüklediğin fotoğraf ve metinler senin kalır. Bize yalnızca bunları uygulamada göstermek için gereken sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı verirsin. İçeriğini paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunu beyan edersin.
8. Moderasyon
Kuralları ihlal eden içerik ve hesaplar için uygulanabilecek yaptırımlar: uyarı, güven puanı cezası, geçici askı, kalıcı yasak. Kararlara itiraz edebilirsin — uygulama içindeki bildirimden itiraz açılır ve bir moderatör yeniden inceler.
9. Geziler arası ödemeler
Konaklama, bilet, ortak masraf gibi ödemeler uygulama dışında kullanıcılar arasında yapılır. Voyafello bu ödemelere taraf değildir, aracılık etmez ve garanti vermez. Para göndermeden önce dikkatli ol.
10. Güvenlik uyarısı ve sorumluluk sınırı
SOS düğmesi, canlı konum paylaşımı ve acil durum kişisi gibi araçlar yardımcı özelliklerdir; acil yardım hizmeti değildir. Gerçek bir acil durumda her zaman önce bulunduğun ülkenin acil çağrı numarasını ara. Canlı konum yalnızca uygulama açıkken çalışır ve ağ bağlantısına bağlıdır.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, kullanıcılar arasındaki etkileşimlerden, buluşmalardan ve gezilerden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
11. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Hizmeti değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.
12. Hesabın kapatılması
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin (Profil → Hesabı sil). Bu koşulları ihlal edersen hesabını biz de kapatabiliriz.
13. Gizlilik
Verilerini nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
14. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara [ÜLKE] hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda [YETKİLİ MAHKEME] yetkilidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun zorunlu haklar saklıdır.

Voyafello — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Voyafello you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. You may not transfer your account or create one on someone else's behalf.
2. Your account
- Sign-in is via your Google or Apple account.
- Your display name is set once and cannot be changed afterwards — this is a deliberate trust design.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. Fake profiles lead to account closure.
3. Community rules
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content
- Commercial activity: agency listings, selling tours, price lists, booking brokerage. Voyafello is a companion-finding platform, not a marketplace.
- Spam, fake accounts, repeatedly relisting the same trip
- Using someone else's photo or identity
- Any illegal activity
4. Trips
- When you create a trip you become its organizer and decide who joins.
- Leaving after a trip is marked "confirmed" carries heavier consequences.
- Leaving close to departure (the Replacement Window) is weighted more heavily — the group has no time left to fill your place.
- If an organizer wants to leave, the role is offered to other members; if nobody accepts, the trip is cancelled.
- Post-trip attendance voting is democratic: the organizer does not decide alone, all members vote.
5. Trust score
Your behaviour produces a trust level: keeping your word raises it, last-minute departures and no-shows lower it. Trust cannot be purchased and Premium membership does not affect it. Neither you nor anyone else sees the raw score — only a badge is shown.
6. Premium and purchases
- Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancel via your store account settings.
- Refund requests go to the store (Apple/Google), not to us.
- Spotlight credits are consumable digital items; they have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Premium is a convenience layer: safety features (SOS, reporting, live location, blocking) are always free.
7. Your content
Photos and text you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to display them in the app. You confirm you have the right to share what you post.
8. Moderation
Sanctions that may apply to rule-breaking content and accounts: warning, trust penalty, temporary suspension, permanent ban. You can appeal — an appeal is opened from the in-app notice and reviewed again by a moderator.
9. Payments between users
Accommodation, tickets and shared costs are settled outside the app between users. Voyafello is not a party to those payments, does not broker them and offers no guarantee. Be careful before sending money.
10. Safety notice and limitation of liability
Tools such as the SOS button, live location sharing and emergency contacts are assistive features, not an emergency service. In a real emergency always call your country's emergency number first. Live location works only while the app is open and depends on network connectivity.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from interactions, meetings or trips between users. The service is provided "as is".
11. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
12. Closing your account
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may also close your account if you breach these terms.
13. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]; [COMPETENT COURTS] have jurisdiction. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
