1. Kimiz

Voyafello, seyahat planı etrafında insanları buluşturan bir sosyal eşleşme uygulamasıdır. Bu politikadaki "biz", veri sorumlusu olarak [ŞİRKET ÜNVANI]'ni ifade eder ([ADRES]). İletişim: [E-POSTA].

3. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Hesabını oluşturmak ve gezi eşleşmelerini göstermek
Akışı sıralamak (doluluk, tazelik, senin tercihlerin) — sıralama parayla satın alınamaz
Kötüye kullanımı önlemek: spam, sahte hesap, ticari ilan, taciz
Güven puanını hesaplamak (davranışa dayalı; ödemeyle değişmez)
Bildirim göndermek (tercihlerden kapatılabilir; güvenlik bildirimleri kapatılamaz)
Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

4. Diğer kullanıcılar ne görüyor

Görmezler: doğum tarihin, cinsiyetin, ham güven puanın, acil durum kişin, e-posta adresin, kimi engellediğin
Görürler: adın, fotoğrafın, doldurduğun profil alanları, güven rozetin, tamamladığın gezi sayısı, aldığın değerlendirmeler

5. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Verini satmıyoruz. Hizmeti çalıştırmak için kullandığımız sağlayıcılar:

Supabase — veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, dosya depolama
Google Firebase — push bildirimi
Microsoft Azure Translator — "Çevir" düğmesine bastığında ilgili metin çeviri için gönderilir
Google / Apple — giriş ve uygulama içi satın alma
Harita sağlayıcıları (OpenStreetMap, MapTiler) — harita karoları ve yer arama

Ayrıca hukuken zorunlu olduğunda veya bir kişinin can güvenliği söz konusu olduğunda yetkili mercilerle paylaşabiliriz.

6. Ne kadar saklıyoruz

Görüntülenme kayıtları: 60 gün
Video notları: 48 saat (raporlananlar moderasyon bitene kadar saklanır)
Çeviri önbelleği: ertesi gün temizlenir
Hikâyeler (story): süresi dolduğunda silinir
İptal edilen geziler ve moderasyon kayıtları: kanıt değeri taşıdığı için bir süre saklanır
Diğer hesap verileri: hesabını silene kadar

7. Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında: verine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsin.

Hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin: Profil → Hesabı sil. Bu işlem geri alınamaz; profilin, gezilerin, mesajların ve fotoğrafların silinir.

Diğer talepler için: [E-POSTA]. En geç [30 GÜN] içinde yanıtlarız.

8. Güvenlik

Yetki kararları sunucu tarafında verilir; hangi verinin kime görüneceği veritabanı düzeyinde kurallarla sınırlandırılmıştır. Yine de hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir.

9. Yaş sınırı

Voyafello yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. 18 yaşından küçük olduğunu öğrendiğimiz hesapları kapatırız.

10. Yurt dışına aktarım

Sağlayıcılarımızın sunucuları [BÖLGE] bölgesinde bulunur; verilerin bu kapsamda yurt dışına aktarılabilir.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek uygulama içinde bildiririz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır.

1. Who we are

Voyafello is a social matching app that connects people around a travel plan. "We" refers to [LEGAL ENTITY] ([ADDRESS]), the data controller. Contact: [EMAIL].

2. What we collect

Viewer disclosure: People who view your profile or trip listing may be shown to Premium members. Browsing is therefore not fully anonymous. These records are deleted automatically after 60 days.

3. How we use it

To create your account and show relevant trips
To rank the feed (fill level, recency, your preferences) — ranking cannot be bought
To prevent abuse: spam, fake accounts, commercial listings, harassment
To compute the trust score (behaviour-based; payment does not change it)
To send notifications (adjustable in preferences; safety alerts cannot be disabled)
To comply with legal obligations

4. What other users see

They cannot see: your date of birth, gender, raw trust score, emergency contact, email address, or whom you blocked
They can see: your name, photo, the profile fields you filled in, your trust badge, completed trip count, and reviews you received

5. Who we share with

We do not sell your data. Providers we use to run the service:

Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
Google Firebase — push notifications
Microsoft Azure Translator — when you tap "Translate", that text is sent for translation
Google / Apple — sign-in and in-app purchases
Map providers (OpenStreetMap, MapTiler) — map tiles and place search

We may also disclose data where legally required, or where someone's physical safety is at risk.

6. How long we keep it

View records: 60 days
Video notes: 48 hours (reported ones are kept until moderation concludes)
Translation cache: purged the next day
Stories: deleted when they expire
Cancelled trips and moderation records: retained for a period as evidence
Other account data: until you delete your account

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (and Turkish KVKK) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing of, and port your data.

You can delete your account inside the app: Profile → Delete account. This is irreversible; your profile, trips, messages and photos are removed.

8. Security

Authorisation decisions are made server-side; which data is visible to whom is enforced by database-level rules. No system is ever 100% secure, however.

9. Age limit

Voyafello is for people aged 18 and over only. We close accounts we learn belong to minors.

10. International transfers

Our providers' servers are located in [REGION]; your data may be transferred accordingly.

11. Changes

If we update this policy we will notify you in the app. The current version is always published at this address.
